I lived a pretty unhealthy life until now. In the last years my weight was like a rollercoaster. I’ve been in the range from 198 lbs to 143 lbs. Now I finally want to get back to my old weight of 133 lbs, which is my longterm goal for now.
My intermediate goals and rewards for reaching will be found in the WEIGHT section.
In the last years my eating behaviour switched from eating too much, to eating nothing at all. When I ate, I usually had too much meat, fat and sugar. This is, what I will change now. I love fruits, and this is what I will mostly live on. I’ll have around 1500 calories of them per day. Drinking at least 2 litres of water.
I’ll have my usual workout, until I found a good gym. And I’ll try out slim yoga, which I’ll give a review as well.
At all… I want to change my life. Into a healthier and happier one. Means, I will not only change my eating behaviour, but aswell remove ballast from my life. I want to live clean in every part of my life. No more too much of all the crap lying around, no more too much unhealthy stuff in the fridge, no more ballast.
